Apparently, the series of sexual harassment accusations are still active.
Actress Nicole Eggert decided to be a part of them and stated that when she was a minor, she was raped by one member of the “Happy Days” cast.

Eggert explained that Scott Baio sexually harassed her when she was only 14 years old. She tried to broadcast her story through The Dr. Oz Show and TMZ, but they didn’t accept her. Eggert shared her story on Twitter and claimed that he assaulted her when they were colleagues on the show “Charles in Charge.”
Baio denied the allegations and gave facts that destroyed her story. He explained that they had sex and that Eggert was at least 18 years old at the time. He explained in the video: “I remember her calling me and asking me to come over and coming in my house one time, and seducing me.”
“Any normal heterosexual, red-blooded American guy, the outcome would have been the same,” he added.
Furthermore, Baio played a recording of an interview between Eggert and the host of TheDirty.com where she spoke of losing her virginity to Baio right after “Charles in Charge” was finished. “It was years later,” Eggert said.
“If you have a claim, go to the police. There is a special unit there that handles this kind of stuff. If you have a real claim, you go to the real people, not to social media where people like me get beat up,” Baio explained.
“When you have minors on the set, when they are not on the set working, they are in the classroom with the teacher, the teacher brings them to the set, and on the set is their parents, their teachers…” he added.
It is terrible how some people are trying to destroy others with false accusations. What would they gain from it?
